Carpet InspectionsWe are certified Senior Carpet Inspectors with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Our qualifications were gained after fulfilling a number of pre-requisite courses, successful completion of the Senior Carpet Inspectors course itself and then submitting a number of reports for peer review by the IICRC board. We then must commit to ongoing training through a Continuing Education Credit (CEC) program. Oh, and of course in addition to this we have 15 years of industry experience in which we have seen, reported on or heard about almost every problem imaginable. Our job is to investigate and provide unbiased reporting on carpet problems using a series of standardised testing and accepted industry standards. We are independent and impartial, our only aim is to provide answers. So who needs a carpet inspector? Well basically any one who has a problem with their carpet! But most of our Clientele fit into three main areas.
